About Us

We are a Polyglot group founded on September 11th, 2021, with our first face to face meeting in the city of Goiania, state of Goias – Brazil. Our group came from another group called The Munchers – that later became English Brasil. This group, used to have meetings once a week in the city of Goiania, ceased the in person meetings because of the Pandemic. As this group took to long to get back, Abdon Cunha, a member of the group, decided to create this new group, to continuous with the Weekly face to face meeting. Since the beggining until today, Polyglotpals had promoted:

In penson meetings – For all this time we were the only group to promote wekly in person meetings, all the other groups in Goiania promote montly meetings.

Navy Seals Challange – For the members of our groups passionated on sports, we promote a sport challange, it is called Navy Seals because it is based on the American Navy Seals Challange. This Challanges are still running, about twice a year.

Online Public Speaking meeting – This activity didnt linger for so long, we just had few online meetings. On this activity, each member of this Public Speak group preapare a 3 minutes English speech to present to the other members of the group and in the end of the speechs, the group vote to the best speaker. This activity does not exist anymore.
